Recognize, understand, and befriend your nervous system through the lens of Polyvagal Theory with breathwork, movement, and connection. We will learn about and map our nervous system, learn how/why we move through or get stuck in different states (fight or flight, etc.), increase flexibility within our nervous system, and practice regulating and co-regulating. All bodies, all levels welcome. No yoga experience is needed. $160.
