Join us for a wonderful 6-week yoga series for teens!
Just like us, our teens live in a very busy world: school, sports, extracurricular activities, and just the business of growing up! This constant stress directly impacts teen's mental and physical health.
Yoga and mindfulness practices can make it easier to thrive despite the chaos of the human experience. Through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness children can:
Boost their mood and mental health
Increase resilience & self-regulation
Improve academic performance
Improve focus & concentration
Improve sleep
Be encouraged to live a healthier & more balanced lifestyle
