Come learn new techniques to help regulate your nervous system! You will learn breathing techniques, simple meditations, and mantras, how to create ‘soft’ moments in your day that are easily accessible, and the ‘why’ regulation is so important to our physical and mental health! We will use movement, and expression, learn, create, and explore ways to personalize your daily regulation routines. Cost is $55 and all supplies are included.
