Quiet your mind and inner critic with Restorative Yoga. This inward-focused, slow-paced yoga invites you to be curiously present in your body by passively holding postures with the support of props (blocks, straps, etc.). Breathwork, meditation, and thoughtful themes will be incorporated into this all-levels workshop. Expect to leave class feeling rejuvenated, uplifted, and more at peace in your body.
