Join Lebo Monageng-Goad for a deeply restorative yoga hour! Please wear clothing that is easy to move in and be ready to enjoy this class! Mats and yoga props will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own. This class is gentle and slow-pace no experience with yoga is necessary to participate.
This event has been approved for 1 CEU for Mental Health Professionals! If you’d like to obtain a CEU for this class, please select the CEU add-on when registering for an addition $10. Through demonstration and participation, you will learn the benefits of restorative yoga practice as an adjunct treatment for those desiring somatic-based interventions to support mental health.
